True Health & How To Achieve

What is TRUE health, and how do we achieve it?            Sept. 18. 2026

In a world with so much conflicting information about “health” and what truly supports the sovereign human being, this question often comes to mind. Knowing what TRUE health is boils down to the individual. Yes, there are a few objective guidelines we must follow for TRUE health; we will discuss those first, then dive into the subjective, allowing YOU to set a direct route for what TRUE HEALTH means to you.

The first guideline for TRUE health stems from the physical body. Keeping our physical bodies in good health allows our mental, emotional and spiritual health to blossom further into the true alignment we seek for our lives upon this Planet.

So picture our physical health as the foundation for our blossoming mental, emotional and spiritual health. Think of it as the plot for the flowers you wish to plant. We want great soil with plenty of nutrients to yield a good bloom.

How do we achieve TRUE physical health?

These simple steps:

*Sunshine

*Oxygen

*Clean Water

*Whole Foods

*Movement

We know how beneficial sunshine, oxygen and clean water are for us; those are a must. The Vitamin D we get from the sun, plus 1000s of other vitamins that have been detected, that have yet to be classified or named.   Oxygen alkalizes our blood, helping us overcome illness and health issues, and of course, clean water is what helps us connect to ourselves on a deeper level.

Whole foods and movement are going to be subjective to YOU. It doesn’t matter which way you choose to eat, as long as you use whole foods. Whether you’re paleo, keto, vegetarian, vegan, etc., whatever works for YOUR body. As long as you stay with whole foods, you can not go wrong.

Whole Foods being what grows and yeilds naturally from the earth.

Movement will also be subjective to YOU. Whether it’s walking, running, hiking, weight lifting, callisthenics, rock climbing, yoga any of those will be fine. Shoot for 3 days a week minimum, 5 days maximum, as rest and recovery are important as well. Nothing needs to be scheduled. Movement is the most important part to remember.

Mental health, and the guidelines for it:

*The content and information you intake

* Calming our minds to handle our thoughts better

*Choosing peace, even in the chaos

*Learning and understanding one’s mental needs

In a world with very viral, triggering and dark content floating through our algorithms, we often find ourselves in a state of disgust and negativity. As sovereign human beings, we must ultimately understand that the content and information we intake have a toll on our mental health. Do we want positive reinforcement or negative reinforcement? Most of us are after the former, so curating your algorithm to showcase content/information that benefits a good state of mental health is key.

Calming our minds to handle our thoughts better boils down to a meditation practice. The meditation practice will also tackle the aspects of choosing peace even in the chaos, and understanding our mental needs. The meditative practice will be subjective to YOU. Whether it's stationary meditation, walking meditation, open-eyed, yoga, zazen, whatever your flavour, that will be YOUR choice. Feel free to switch them up from time to time, as sometimes if we do the same thing for long periods of time, our systems grow used to things; the energy will become stale.

Choosing peace, even in the chaos, is very important for us. Being the creators of our own reality, our reality follows our intention. If you find peace, even in the most chaotic of moments, the chaos will subside with that intention.

Your mental needs will be subjective to you as well. What gives you a good headspace to walk through your existence with awareness and happiness? Those are the focus of your “mental needs.”

Emotional health:

*Good home environment

*Clean home

*Boundaries with your energy

*Prioritizing Love and Happiness

*Control of negative thought patterns and narratives

Our home is a prime foundation for our emotional health; it is an outward expression of our internal state. A good home environment and a clean home tie into each other, so we can cover both. Since our home is an expression of ourselves, we see the intermingling mirror of the inner self. When we have a good home environment and keep our home clean, we experience a shift in Being within ourselves. Of course, what you consider an ideal home environment and clean home will be subjective to you and align with your mental needs.

Boundaries with your energy means having boundaries with who you give your utmost love, help, support and focused energy to. You know the ones who deserve it, and the ones who don’t. And if you do not, it is time to become aware around those who drain your energy.  Always be kind and show love to even those who do not deserve it; it’s the amount you give and let them in that must be uniquely tailored. This aligns with prioritizing love and happiness, for when we prioritize love and happiness, we are able to control and dismantle the negative thought patterns.

What we think is what we CHOOSE for our lived reality. So choose wisely.

Spiritual Health:

*Incorporating Spiritual and Metaphysical principles into everyday life

*Always standing strong in discernment and spiritual sovereignty

*Never attaching oneself to a single narrative or train of thought (Always staying open)

*Walking in alignment with the spiritual nature of existence

Finding a practical and tangible way to incorporate the spiritual and metaphysical principles into your everyday life.

As within, so without. Our internal experience and state manifest into our perceived external experience. It will manifest in a symbolic way onto your conscious, waking, subjective stage. Understanding this will help you see what your higher self is pointing out to you. What you need to improve, where you’re doing well, and any higher messages for you to decipher will all manifest symbolically in your experience…

Always stand strong in discernment and spiritual sovereignty. What this means is to always use your internal compass to dictate what information is right for you. This also means not falling into group or mob mentality. Remember, being a CREATOR of your reality comes down to what you choose. Choose wisely on your spiritual foundation, and make sure you don’t get stuck in useless mind games.

This also plays into always staying open and not attaching ourselves to a single narrative. For the truth you know today may not be the truth you know tomorrow. As we evolve and grow in awareness, old narratives may become obsolete, making way for the spiritual growth you are experiencing. Hanging onto these narratives despite receiving new information can fragment us and cause distress. Staying open, truly, is key for good spiritual health.

Walk in alignment with your truth and the spiritual nature of existence. Choose love, joy, happiness and abundance. Be kind and helpful to your loved ones and other humans. Whatever truth you partake in, live it, breathe it. For this is where the magic of being a creator in creation comes into play…

I hope this information helps you weed out what is truly helpful in all of the conflicting information, and helps you transform yourself into a spiritually sovereign human being in your highest alignment.

Until next time!

Intellectual A Trap?

What is truly smart and “intellectual”

We live in a world where the ultimate playing field is mental. Each day, we have so many narratives, trains of thought and ideas advertised to us…

The “Truman Show” metaphor.

We are advertised products; we are advertised narratives, trains of thought, and ideas. Whichever of those we buy into and agree with, both consciously and subconsciously, becomes our subjective experienced reality.

If enough of the collective buys into any one of these simultaneously, then the narrative will manifest forth into the collective experience, in a physical sense.

What is deemed “Intellectual,” according to mainstream society?

*Following whatever an authoritative or governing body dictates to a T without question

*Using only “approved” sources for research or study

*Negating individual needs for toxic collectivism

*Only agreeing with something or believing in something if an authoritative or governing body dictates it as so

*Following Mob or Group think, reinforcing toxic collectivism

As anyone with a drop of common sense can see, this isn’t intelligent or intellectual at all. All this does is fit you into a very small condensed box, not allowing any bigger underlying questions to be addressed, not allowing any freedom of thought, not allowing any TRUE evolution, a word used so loosely by certain institutions, who have diluted its true meaning.

In fact, what I listed above is the exact opposite of intellectual. It’s merely regurgitating whatever the authoritative body states or believes.

Truly being intellectual or intelligent boils down to three things:

Critical thinking outside the bounds of any limiters placed by an authoritative body or approved sources, common sense and discernment.

Listing these things will truly show the reader how much our current collective society LACKS intelligence or any form of intellectualism. All we’ve begun to do is follow the pages of history, falling prey to the dissemination of true creativity and freedom of thought by authoritative bodies.

This should be a wake-up call to the reader to understand that what is being portrayed as being “intellectual” is actually a form of subservience. Subservience is the antithesis of intellectualism, or at least TRUE intellectualism.

The Cambridge Dictionary definition of intellectual:

An intellectual means using the mind for deep thinking or a person focused on study and ideas.

As we can see, what’s being portrayed as intellectual is not quite right…

This raises the question: what other things are being framed as perhaps “beneficial” that actually aren't?

Things to think about…

Until next time,
